Application & Registration:
You may register for any class at any local FCM church or download
forms on this page and send them to the address below.
A Registration fee of $10.00, two Character Reference forms and
recommendation from your pastor are required for new students. Your
church does not have to be part of the FCM Team Network in order for
you to attend, but involvement by your pastor in your studies is
recommended.
